A Collage from my Foray into the Use of Potting Mix

Here are some scenes from my "dirt" garden which is soil-free, actually, because most of the plants were sprouted and raised in water, then moved to potting mix, which I like a lot better than dirt.  More about that in this link:

My First Butternut Squash

In the photo above, clockwise are petunias and snapdragons, yellow straight squash, flower from butternut squash, green peas, spaghetti squash, purslane, cabbage, a baby yellow squash, and Shishito pepper.  Those are yellow pear tomatoes in the center.
