This is an unabashed plug for one of my top 10 favorite kitchen appliances which are:
1) Aobosi (or Cusibox) Cold Press (masticating) Juicer
2) Bella 8-in1 Grill
3) Gourmia 10-in-1 Robotic Oven
4) Aroma Mi-3 Rice Cooker
5) Instant Pot 3-quart Multicooker
6) Ninja Duo IQ blender w/spice attachment
7) Tribest personal Mason Jar Blender
8) Louise Sturhlng 4.0 ceramic coated air fryer
9) NutriSlicer ( manual rotary mandoline)
10) KBS model MBF-020 Bread Machine w/ceramic pan
Not only does it make the best bread ever, but it can also mix and bake meatloaf, pate, quiche, custard, cheesecake, and who knows what else. Don't expect to find recipes for all this anywhere. The technology is pretty new and not many people have caught onto it yet.
The biggest complaint coming from people in the U.S.A. seems to be that the bread recipes included in the KBS MBF-020 manual and on the measuring cup are in millileters, grams, and such. While tricky for the uninitiated, all the necessary conversions can be found online, bearing in mind the difference between liquid and dry measures and sifted vs settled flour.
Here is my most recent adaptation of KBS's recipe: Multigrain Bread.
Here is custard made in the KBS MBF-020: Lemon Custard
