Another weed I'm learning to love is that member of the Verbenaceae family that my brother calls the "bow tie flower" and is also known as Ham and Eggs plant and Spanish Flag.
I started with Lantana Camara, whose "umbels" as the blossoms are called (my brother calls them "bow-tie flowers") are prolific, long lasting, and turn into amazing berries that are toxic when green, and look something like mullberries when ripe:
