Other names for Chrysanthemum coronarium are Garland Chrysanthemum and Shingiku.
These greens can be cut and kept in a vase for several days for kitchen use, but I have not had much success in keeping cuttings rooted in water alive. Haven't tried them under lights, however.
Rich in nutrition the leaves contain potassium and also the phytonutrient Chlorogenic acid which is said to promote weight loss.
