I was confused about how long to cook a chicken breast in my Neovide 100 waterless and bagless sous vide cooker because most recommendations seemed to say anything from 1 to 4 hours at 165°F works. My favorite AI app suggested that 3 hrs might be too long. It said the chicken might lose its springiness. Huh? The 3-hr chicken was good. I had planned on chicken salad from the leftovers, but there weren't any. Next time I will try 4 hrs.
I am over the moon with the Neovide cooker, as it not only makes everything delicious, but it is hands off so I have more time to spend with my plants.
This beautifully rooted cutting is from a Mammoth Elephant Bush. As it is questionable whether the huge parent plant will survive winter in the high desert, and I don't have room enough for all the plants I'd like to keep, I am making as many of these as I can.
