These furry little things have overrun the golf course in my community. 

We also have wild turkeys and deer on the fairways.

I played my first 18-hole game today, and lost 2 balls, one into the creek, and one into the weeds. 

 

Mission San Antonio de Padua

We were astounded at how luxurio this Rest Stop was.  Near Paso Robles, off California 101, it has, in addition to the marker for Mission San Antonio de Padua, a beautiful building. 

We took a nice trip up the coast from Ventura to Carmel and I will post more photos here shortly.
