I just combined some business with a mini vacation, so after having been vegging around in a small town for several months I hit the highway--downtown LA at rush hour with the sun in my eyes, up to San Francisco, down I5 and over to the Coast Highway for an interlude. Up in San Buenaventura bicycles were all the rage and the next time I go, I will take my folder, but going down the foggy coast through Malibu, and all over LA the two-wheelers were motorbikes. I tried not to squish any of them in my van, but they do dart in and out of traffic somewhat erratically at times.
Fortunately, the revving of the engines usually clued me in seconds before one cuts in. Colorful gear on the bikes helped, too, though, so if you are a bike rider or know one you care about, here is a place to shop for gear online:
They have over 30,000 different motorcycle parts and accessories to fully customize your ride with brand names at up to 60% off for all makes and models. They are located at CruiserCustomizing.com.
One item I noticed there was the electrical connection turn signal conversion kit. This enhancement is compact but really improves visibility, helping other drivers look out for the people on the little bikes, and helping the the motorcyclist stay alive. I would seriously check it out!
Cruiser Customizing Rocks!
