I like to pop small or medium-sized photos into comments on sites that allow them rather than just leaving text, because an illustration is often worth a lot of words. But I used to get frustrated because the sizes would not always end up being appropriate. With improvements to their blogging platform, TypePad has solved that problem for me.
Now I can load an assortment of small photos into a post on here and then when I want to reference one, I just bring up the post, right click on an image, left click on "Copy Image Location" and control/V it into the comment. Works here, too, I think. Here is an example:
If the place you are commenting supports html but does not have the image insertion tool, it works the same. Just type in the <img src" before you control/v and add "> afterwards.
So every now and then you will see a post on here made up mostly of pictures I have taken with my beloved Canon PowerShot 600D.
