Qassia does not pay you any money. They do have a form of currency that is akin to play money that members presumably will be able to use in some way, but the main reasons for using the site now are two-fold:
1) Those with Adsense accounts, use their own numbers and get paid directly by Google in the usual way.
2) Unlimited free link backs and more traffic to your blog.
Dunno if this thing is going to fly over time, but it is an exciting concept and in my view worth trying.
