Did you ever like a product or service so much that you hardly stop talking about it only to find out that someone else either had a negative experience or for some other reason just hates the thing you love?
Recently a fellow objected to our "overpriced flower pot" saying that objected to the the AeroGardens philosophically on the grounds that they encouraged people to be overly reliant on electricity. After mulling that around in my mind for about 30 seconds I realized that our AeroGarden 3 is not just a fancy flower pot, it is a very cool lamp. Cool and green, because the energy efficient grow bulb is not only bright and appealing, but also has pretty much the same technology as our beloved Verilux Happy Lamp, not to mention having cost less. Like the Happy Lamp, our little planter gives out a bright mood-elevating full spectrum light.
I agree that we can buy produce for much less than the cost of growing it in Aerogardens, especially by shopping at our beloved 99 cents store where we bought the miniature bananas feature two posts below. However, those bright yellow grapefruits, although they are almost as big as the computerized planter, might spoil if they sat out on the counter top for two weeks unattended.
Last night we put a candle on our carrot cake, as these were one week old!
