I've started growing purslane in my flower garden.... The colors are awesome!

Janet Ann

I love purslane to death, whether it is a handful or just a sprig as shown tossed onto a salad plate or a whole bunch simmered in a pot of beans, but outdoors it can become quite invasive. It also has beautiful flowers, much like its edible but not as tasty cousin the Moss-Rose (Portulaca).

Thanks much for visiting my blog. I took a look at yours, too :-)
